			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p></p><p>After an overwhelmingly busy week I finally just had to compile all videos into a quick wrap up for the week. </p>
<p>Probably the most positive thing during a stressful week is that being primal or paleo, I can easily skip meals when busy with little side effects. I managed to avoid all junk food and just fast instead, which worked out well. BUT, that said, I did very little cooking so not much to film for the week. </p>

<p>Breasting out wild birds allows for quick processing when you have a high number of birds and no mechanical plucking machine available. The hunter of the house along with his buddies are usually quite successful on the duck front each season, so often I use this technique to make quick work of dressing them.  </p>

<p>I find when I cut my carbs back my hunger goes WAY down along with my normal hunger cues. Apparently I just need to make sure I am aware that cravings are more then likely tied to just plain being hungry. </p>
