Pushing yourself to be successful in change is good, but if you are failing over and over make sure you have set up your goals in a realistic manner. Today I spent a bit of time discussing setting yourself up for success in personal growth.

B – 2 hard boiled eggs, mate
L – None
D – Lefteover grilled venison burgers with mushrooms, wilted spinach
Snacks – 3 olives
(wow, light meal day, no wonder I am starving today!)
