Paleo Spaghetti & Meatballs – Vlog 1.16.12

I whipped up a husband favorite last night, meatballs and spaghetti (squash that is).

I use spinach and shredded carrots in my meatballs for some bulk and binding, with a couple tablespoons of almond meal to pull it all together. No breadcrumbs or cheese needed.

B – Mulays breakfast sausage , yerba mate
L – None
D – Venison meatballs with sauce and spaghetti squash
Snacks – raw cucumber and celery

I wish I could get spaghetti squash here in Australia! Will have to make do with the meatballs and mashed squash!

If you can get a hold of yellow or zucchini squash you can make it into noodles too. Potato peeler to make ‘ribbons’, or they make peelers that make essentially noodles :)
