I took a few minutes in today’s vlog to update you on my progress with the Clean 30 challenge.

Mexican Spinach Dip recipe can be found here. It could easily be used as a veggie dip if you eat dairy, it was super quick to make. I omitted the evaporated milk and subbed in about half a cup of sour cream. I also added a few extra spices like cumin, chili powder, and some chili molido powder to take it up a notch, but totally not necessary. While I did not partake, my family raved about it. Veggies for the dip were cucumbers, zucchini, celery, and red and yellow peppers.
Meals from the day:
B – none (did have some yerba mate)
L – Leftover ribeye steak and potato fries with mayo dip
D – Beef Taco salad with salsa verde, tomatoes, lettuce, and raw veggies
Snack – Raw veggies (zuch, cucumber, celery, red & yellow peppers)
